Cast in KBS Variety Drama 'Imitation' (as Seyoung, Sparkling)
Seonghwa cast in KBS's "Imitation" as Sparkling's leader, Seyoung.
Seonghwa was cast in KBS's idol-industry variety drama "Imitation," playing Seyoung, leader of the fictional boy group Sparkling — alongside ATEEZ members Yunho, Jongho, and San. The casting was reported October 16, 2020, ahead of the drama's 2021 broadcast. An early Soompi report of the casting had swapped his and San's characters (Seonghwa as Min Soo, San as Seyoung); Seonghwa's own words in a SINGLES Korea cast interview, published after the drama's premiere, directly confirm he in fact played Seyoung.
